Immigration Consultation (Virtual)

A 30-minute virtual consultation with Kimia Moshiri, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), to discuss your immigration matter and receive professional advice specific to your situation.

This consultation is suitable for general immigration matters, including permanent residence pathways, family sponsorships, citizenship applications, work permits, study permits, visitor visas, status extensions, and other routine immigration matters.

During the consultation, we will review the information provided, assess your circumstances, discuss available options, identify potential concerns, and answer your immigration-related questions.

Consultations may be conducted by telephone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.

Please note that booking a consultation does not create a representative-client relationship. If you wish to retain our office following your consultation, a separate retainer agreement will be required.

Consultation fees paid will be credited toward our professional fees should you retain our office within 30 days of your consultation.

Complex Immigration Consultation (Virtual)

A 45-minute virtual consultation with Kimia Moshiri, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB), for individuals facing complex immigration matters requiring a detailed assessment and strategic guidance.

This consultation is suitable for matters involving immigration refusals, criminality or inadmissibility concerns, misrepresentation allegations, Procedural Fairness Letters (PFLs), CBSA enforcement matters, detention reviews, refugee claims, refugee appeals, loss of status issues, and other complex immigration situations.

During the consultation, we will review your circumstances, discuss potential risks and available options, identify key legal and procedural considerations, and provide guidance specific to your situation.

Consultations may be conducted by telephone, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
