I am so glad I found this place. I originally went to their other office to get my fingerprints done for a US waiver application. While I was there doing my fingerprints, I found out they also help handle applications to fix background issues, so I talked to Kimia about an old misunderstanding from years ago that I needed to clear up. She took care of the paperwork and got everything sorted out so fast. It is amazing that they do both things in the same office because it saves so much time to get the fingerprints and the application paperwork done in one shot.
